Sri. S. Chandrasekhar
(Managing Director)
Aged about 43 years, Mr. Chandra Sekhar holds a Master’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Illinois, Chicago. He has been associated with the company since the year 2002 in various capacities including as the Head of the DSIR recognized R&D department. He was appointed Managing Director of the Company in the year 2012. BCIL has about 20 products in its product basket. The process technologies for most of these products have been developed In-House under the guidance of Mr. Chandra Sekhar.
Sri. A Arvind Kumar

Sri A Arvind Kumar holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT, Madras. He has been associated with BCIL since 2014. He was earlier the Chief Executive Officer of BCIL and holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology-Madras. He was the Chief Operating Officer of the company before he was made the CEO of the company in the year 2019. Prior to that he was the executive director of JC Biotech Pvt. Ltd, another group company since 2007 and was involved in the design and commissioning of Fermentation Plant of JC Biotech. Mr. Arvind has about 13 years of hands on experience in all the facets of agrochemical and pharmaceutical manufacturing plants.
Mr. B.Krishna Mohan Rao

Mr. Krishna Mohan Rao has more than two decades of experience in SME and Corporate Banking departments of a public sector bank in a senior position and is associated with BCIL group companies for about seven years now. He is an Associate Member of the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance.

Mrs. Sharanya. M is a Qualified Company Secretary, member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a Law Graduate. She is responsible for ensuring compliance with Secretarial, Statutory and legal requirements while promoting effective corporate governance practices.
