Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) system for Effluent treatment. Treatment facilities consists of Stripper, Multiple Effect Evaporator
(MEE), Agitated Thin Film Dryer (ATFD),biological ETP,RO system. liquid Organic Waste sent to Cement Plants for Co-
Processing. Solid waste generated from the plant is disposed to a land fill constructed by Government approved agency. Treated
effluent is used for Cooling tower make up.

Occupational Health Center (OHCs) is provided in the premises and working round the clock. The Center is equipped with
necessary medical facilities. Qualified Medical Practitioners appointed. Periodical medical check-up and occupational health
check-up is being carried out.

Safety infrastructure is provided. Fire hydrant system covered entire plant. Installed Latest equipment and detection system for
prevention of fire. Regular training, periodic audits carried.
