Chlorpyrifos is a non systemic broad spectrum organophosphorus insecticide with contact stomach and respiratory action. It controls coleoptera, diptera, homoptera and Lepidoptera in soil and on foliage in over large number of crops including rice, cotton, oilseeds, pulses, vegetables and plantation.
